Fundraisers

Your membership is the best way to support PALS – THANK YOU for helping out however you can! Your participation does make a difference.

Fundraisers directly affect our ability to sponsor programs & events which benefit our children, without fundraising PALS would not have the funds to support the many programs. Do you have any fresh or different ideas? Contact Us! All the programs & events PALS support are made possible by: hard work of volunteers, support from the school community, and fundraisers, without each of these efforts none would be possible.

Fundraisers are held throughout the year to help raise money for our schools. We try to limit the retail sales fundraisers (i.e. Yankee Candles, wrapping paper, etc.) to 1 or 2 a year. Currently, our fall Yankee Candle is the single largest revenue producer. PALS has consistently earned over $15,000 to use in funding our budget through the Yankee Candle fundraiser. All monies raised go directly to benefit our children. They help support field trips, enrichment programs and special events, family fun nights, classroom, supplies, playground equipment and more!

Yankee Candle Fundraiser

Our goal is to raise $15,000 and we need your help.  This is the Main Fundraiser that is run solely by PALS and provides PALS with half its Operating Budget. 

in the past the Yankee Candle Fundraiser allowed PALS to purchase the ever popular “ALERT NOW” system.  This system allows the schools to notify all parents and guardians in an instant via a batch phone call message. 

This year PALS is using a portion of the money raised towards a new School Security Software Program.  The system will improve the way visitors are allowed access into the school.  PALS also will be giving each grade $1,000 towards school field trips – totaling $9,000. 
The Village and Hill students will receive packets this week and orders are due 9/14.  TRS students will receive packets at the end of the month (to avoid conflict with the magazine drive).  If you have any questions please contact Chris Bova at chrisbova@gmail.com or 369-1745.

Ongoing Fundraisers

It is so easy to support PALS with purchases you already make. You and family members continue to raise money by using these simple programs through the year. Please support our on going fundraisers.

Direct Donations

Your donations of cash, items and time are always welcome. PALS is a non-profit organization, this means you may be eligible to have your donation matched by your employer. Over 1,000 companies match gifts to non-profits from their employees. Please check with your human resource office today to see if your donation to PALS could be doubled by a matching gift from your employer! For a document verifying our 501(c)(3) status or for details on how to donate please contact PALS Treasurer. Your support is truly appreciated. Your donations will be kept confidential unless otherwise specified.

If you are interested in donating for a certain event, (i.e.the holiday festival) please contact the chairperson for the event directly The chairperson will have a more updated list of what is needed for the event.

Where Does the Money Go?

If you have any suggestions, questions or comments about the use of funds, please contact a Board member and/or attend a PALS meeting, where all comments and questions are welcome.
